1 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
2 tsp beef bouillon
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
In skillet brown meat with pepper and onions. Pour out grease. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce
heat cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
*Note - I was bought up eating them both different ways. In a sandwich and on top of mash potatoes. :)
